"Back Stage Mando" is a short-film documentary series hosted by mandolinist and educator Tim Connell.

Famous mandolinists on tour take a quiet moment to talk shop with fellow mandolinist Tim Connell, for the benefit of his mandolin students and for mandolin enthusiasts everywhere.

The interview is bookended with backstage footage of the artist and mandolin in the moments just before walking onto the big stage.
